Following is repetition of Mission Hankow telegram No. 253. Addressed to Hong Kong No. 35.

Waichiaopu request Hong Kong Government to authorize

assembly in Hong Kong of three Dragon Rapide aeroplanes purchased in England for use as ambulance machines. They state that three others have already been assembled.
